Videos are recorded using the customer's phone for instant access and easy sharing. We highly recommend this for the fastest and best experience. However, please note: if the phone is accidentally dropped or damaged during the event, we will not be held responsible. As events can get crowded and lively.
Optional Camera
If preferred, we can provide our own camera with an additional charge. However, transferring videos/photos later may take time and can be inconvenient due to file sizes and transfer limitations.
